Where is my order?
The easiest way to track your orders, is by logging into your account:

How long will my order take to arrive?
Between 4 and 8 days via UPS and 10-21 days via our Global Standard Shipping option.
Where do you ship to?
With just a few exceptions, we ship worldwide.
Where is my order confirmation email?
Search your email for the word "MAGICKA" and you should find it.
Where are my free gifts?
Check your email for your digitally downloadable gifts, search your email for MAGICKA if you can't find the email from us. Your physical gifts will come with your order.
Some items were missing from my order!
Depending on weight (in case of large orders) and sometimes (rarely) supply stock shortage - we may send your order in multiple packages. Sometimes packages may arrive within a few days of each-other. If they don't arrive soon, contact us! We will find them for you 🕵️♀️
Refunds, missing or damaged items?
We happily refund or replace any missing or damaged items, please just contact us and describe your concern. Also don't worry! We will make it right ❤️🔥
