Caring for your bottle
Fill with plain cool or room-temperature water; don't freeze it, and avoid boiling liquids and acidic drinks.
Wash regularly: unscrew the pod, wash with mild soap, then rinse and dry the seals thoroughly.
Check the gasket and pod for cracks, and stop using the bottle if either is damaged.
Refill the pod with water-stable stones such as tourmaline or water-stable tumbled stones; skip soft, dyed or metal-ore stones.
