A rose made by wind and sand.
Desert bloom
Petals of crystal, sandy and soft.
Desert Rose forms in dry desert regions, where gypsum crystallizes into thin blades around grains of sand. Over time, wind, water and erosion shape the blades into a cluster that looks just like the petals of a rose.
It goes by many names: Gypsum Rose, Selenite Rose, Rose Rock, Gypsum Rosette and Sand Rose. The largest clusters ever recorded stood more than three feet tall.
Your order is one desert rose; several are shown here to show how each bloom differs.

A guardian spirit in every bloom.
Each desert rose is said to hold its own spirit guardian. In one legend, desert roses were carried by First Nation warriors returning from the spirit world and scattered over the earth to keep the home of the spirits sacred. They have long been kept as talismans for protection.
In crystal tradition, Desert Rose is a stone of calmness, clarity and spiritual growth. It is linked with the Solar Plexus Chakra and is said to strengthen intuition, lift low moods and boost confidence and self-empowerment, which makes it a favorite during meditation.
Crystals have been prized for centuries for their beauty and believed metaphysical properties; Spirit Magicka makes no guarantee of any mystical or healing effect.
