Sea-green amazonite, shaped to a point.

Three polished aqua-green amazonite points standing on wooden rounds among ferns and succulents

The stone

Aqua green, streaked with white and grey.

Amazonite is a blue-green feldspar called microcline, colored by a trace of lead within the stone. Polished into a six-sided point, its aqua body and pale feldspar streaks give every point its own pattern. Stand one on your desk, altar or windowsill.

Height
Approx. 3–4 in (7.6–10 cm)
Found in
Brazil, Canada, the United States, Austria, India, Russia, Mozambique and Namibia

The feel-better stone of the Amazon legend.

Legend says the Amazon warrior women adorned their weapons with amazonite, and it has long been called the stone of communication, soothing and harmony. In crystal tradition it is known as the feel-better stone and the crystal of creativity, believed to calm the nerves, ease stress and help you think and feel more clearly. It is associated with the heart and solar plexus chakras, linking the heart to the throat, and with luck and courage.

A crystal point is said to focus and direct energy, which is why points so often stand at the center of an altar or crystal grid.

Crystals have been prized for centuries for their beauty and believed metaphysical properties; Spirit Magicka makes no guarantee of any mystical or healing effect.
